"The Gambino crime family operated in the tri-state area, over the years they employed many contract killers who worked for the notorious crew known as Murder Incorporated. During the 1970's a man called "The Butcher" ran a section of the city located in the meatpacking district where he utilized a warehouse to carryout his nefarious disposal of victims. His reputation for being a cold and merciless hitman earned him a great amount of respect that even the most hardened criminals would fear him."

Finding new ways to kill was how he spent is time.
Hunting down the marks and tallied up their lives.
He would chop off body parts, wrap them up in cloth.
Encase them into cement and drop them in the river.
